Our client has offices throughout Europe ensuring delivery of high quality services to their customers. Our client's European customer base consists, among others, of libraries, museums, universities, national archives, insurance companies, etc.

For the further expansion of their UK operations they are seeking to employ a:

Managing Director

The ideal candidate has a proven commercial and managerial track record in the analog and digital "imaging" industry. He/she should be able to identify and close business opportunities on C-level and further develop existing relationships in the UK. Additionally the candidate has a strong strategic focus in/on rapidly changing markets. Furthermore he/she should have a relevant network in the UK. A network outside of the UK is considered a bonus.

As a manager the candidate is an ambassador with a flexible aptitude with good knowledge of organizational change-management processes. He/she is definitely a result focused people manager with great motivational skills. Additionally he/she is thorough, reliable, trustworthy, and a notable teamplayer.
